Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Romania: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order details.
Carrier We ship via DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
